- Enamelled Copper Wire
- Guitar Pickup Wire
- 0.090mm, 39 AWG Enamelled Copper Magnet Wire - Solderable (500g)
Applications for high spec enamelled winding wire are varied across industry but whatever the industry or application, choosing the best class of winding wire is of high importance. Is it solvent & acid resistant? Will it retain its dielectric component at given temperatures ? Does the enamelled coating have good mechanical characteristics?

I can't measure inductance but with 5010 turns squeezed onto a tall bobbin with Alnico 5 poll pieces get an very good output for a strat style guitar - equivalent to a 5.1k dc resistance pickup with thinner wire. This was my training wire , I hope to progress to 42awg sood.
