Delivery

All deliveries are undertaken by a courier of our choice. All orders are shipped via a UK tracked service (or international tracked service for off--shore orders)

Collections:

Customers can collect orders that have been paid for on our website, ebay or Amazon from our Masham warehouse. Please allow 2 working hours after payment before collecting your order. Orders can only be collected Monday to Friday between 11am and 5pm. Excluding public holidays.

UK Customers:

Orders shipped by a tracked service via Royal Mail and may also require a signature.

EU Customers: 

Orders shipped by a tracked & priority airmail service via Royal Mail UK and may also require a signature.

Rest of the world:

Orders shipped by a tracked & priority airmail service via Royal Mail UK and may also require a signature.

Dispatch is usually within 24 hours. If any items purchased are, (due to error), out of stock we will advise you by email or telephone and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, or wait until the items are back in stock.
